ABOUT THE BLOGGER - Rome Nicolas

Born as Romeo Nicolas Bonsocan, I decided to drop my last name and not to affiliate myself with Juliet to create my own mark online.

Digital Media Strategist at Shopcast.PH by day; blogger at ZUProme Lifestyle by night. Just check out my social media footprint for more information about me. I tend not to be redundant.

ABOUT THE BLOG - ZUProme Bisaya

Why is this blog called ZUProme?

ZUP /pronounced as 'zap'/ is from the phrase 'what's up!' when meeting a friend. You, my reader, is my friend. I appreciate your effort to visit my About page. ROME, well, it doesn't refer to a country.

Why is this blog named ZUProme Bisaya?

ZUProme is too personal. I wanted to add a level of community to it and thought that maybe adding Bisaya will help me brand it as Cebu Lifestyle Blog.

What topics will this blog talk about?

I write about Cebu Culture & Arts, that's for certain. I'm passionate in promoting local products and endeavors for the Cebuano community. If you are a Cebuano pride, we can surely work together.

This blog is dual lingual, too. You can read English and Cebuano / Binisaya articles wherein most of the one written in the local tongue are published in Bisaya Magasin, the weekly Cebuano publication of Manila Bulletin.

I appreciate and would love to be an ambassador of anything proud Cebuano. I want to spread and leave a virtual footprint of the Tatak Bisaya culture.

For possible collaborations, contact me at Facebook or my email: iamromenicolas@gmail.com
